Space: an extreme, and extremely engaging, frontier.
Just what would it be like to live in space? In a word, amazing—and incredibly demanding. Mundane tasks become challenging—and even dangerous—in an environment of weightlessness, with no up or down. W3 worked with the Canada Aviation and Space Museum to refresh its Living in Space exhibit. Stunning visuals, authentic artefacts, audio-visual presentations, and engaging interactives convey how astronauts live, work, and play aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Visitors embark on a realistic journey—from waking aboard the ISS in a vertical sleep capsule to eating through straws and grooming with vacuums to capture debris. In the cupola-inspired theatre visitors experience incredible real-life footage of the view of Earth from space.
